Gigi Klimick Pereira is a wonderful acupuncturist. Her knowledge is amazing. She is able to share her knowledge with me in a way that makes me feel confident and interested with the techniques she is using. I did not like needles at all but Gigi is able to help me breath and be at ease during the sessions. I feel lighter and healthier after my appointments. I decided to visit gigi for overall health enhancement. She has helped me fulfill this and more. I am sleeping more soundly and I feel that my energy has increased. I am glad that I found Gigi. The full body, mind, spirit approach that she was trained in helps me feel balanced and complete. I know that any questions I may have, Gigi will have an answer or suggestion. And although I still dont love needles, the positive health benefits far outweigh my momentary feelings of needle dread.

Today I look at healing completely differently than I did prior to seeing Gigi at Klimick Acupuncture. I am coming to understand that there are many elements affecting my physical, mental and spiritual well being. I had the privilege of meeting Ms. Pereira several months ago to discuss a severe problem with my right shoulder. I had visited several doctors over a five year period seeking relief. My doctor bill for my last treatment exceeded $1800 and I had only temporary relief. The pain was so severe I could not turn my head to the right and only barely to the left. My wife or other passengers had to check traffic to give me the OK to pull out into traffic. I had considerable difficulty sleeping and took Tylenol every night for the pain.
Ms. Pereira explained her program for relief and I was hurting so bad the day I went to her office, I said--Any thing for relief. I received my first 2 hour session and I can truthfully tell you, I have had NO Pain since. People that knew me are amazed as I now have full range of motion--do the weed eater on my lawn, play golf, drive---all with NO PAIN.
Ms. Pereira is working now on a very tough breathing problem I have called COPD. I have seen improvement and will continue these treatments.

I went to Klimick Acupuncture because I wanted to enhance my fertility and also because I had an overall feeling of being out-of-balance, unhealthy. Truly, if it wasn't one problem - it was another! Stress was destroying my health. Initially I was skeptical, but as I was totally disheartened by my experiences with traditional doctors in the area - I figured I didn't have much to lose anyway. As soon as I met Gigi, my attitude completely changed. She is the consummate professional both empathetic and instructive. I've been seeing Gigi for a few months now and I can say that, with her help, I have been able to reclaim a healthy balance in both my mind and body. Its truly incredible! I am enough of a skeptic myself to understand that acupuncture is not something most people will just go out and try. And thats a shame because, if I could, Id tell anyone who just doesnt feel well to give acupuncture a fair chance before they subject their bodies to easily prescribed medications that seem to fix one problem only to create another. No need to wait until your health is in dire straits to allow yourself to seek out drug-free alternatives that really work. I exercise regularly and normally maintain a healthy diet, but acupuncture is the best thing that Ive done for my health to date. I only wish Id discovered it 10 years ago!
